A nice concept, well realized in terms of art and sound.

One small problem: Barricades might spawn, overlapping with rails, so you would have to hit either obstacle.

Intresting concept. The animation where a bit laggy and the dog movement to. I also thought that the dog could have moved more, It didnt felt like the dog effected the game so much and therefore the theme didn't feel so present. But great art and music so overall good work.

I love this. I played it for *quite awhile*. Please revisit and polish it into a full game!

Excellent game! Fun interpretation of the theme! I love the description of vibes vs zombies! That made me smile! I love the art and how it feels both intense and wholesome!

You nailed it: the music, the art, the idea, it is all so great! It is too bad you can hit obstacles while grinding, but at this point, it is not a big deal. Congrats!

I absolutely love art, music and concept. The only thing i was missing was a few more feedbacks on my tricks. Also, being dragged to the side of the road, palm tree leafs sometimes hide small obstacles. A small tuto / explanation in game would have been a little plus too. Anyway, good job !

I really enjoyed this game! I love the art for it, the music, SFX, and the gameplay! I think this has  a lot of potential with a bit more time! One thing that would be nice is to make the movement from left to right a bit faster. Also, Ziggi teleported some of the times when hitting obstacles and it slowed me down. Amazing work!

Hey Arius! Thank you so much for playing our game. Really appreciate all your lovely comments :D The Ziggi teleportation is noted, thank you for letting us know. Best of luck to you and your game too!

Your art style and music choice is wonderful! Unfortunately, I didn't find the gameplay that enticing. This being said, I could see the potential for this to become a mobile game if there was a bit more fluidity of movement for the dog and if the gameplay advanced as you worked up a high score.

I apologise if this is too harsh a criticism, I do like your design and I think that that is something you need to keep going forward with this project or other ones. All the best and good luck in the Jam.

Hey Dewalt! Thank you for playing our game, glad you enjoyed it :D

Your criticism isn't harsh at all! Your comments are totally fair and we'll work more into the gameplay after we've rested up from the Jam. Thank you for commenting and giving our game some of your time.

I like the atmosphere and the art here a lot. Beautiful!

The music track is also really nice and fits the game well.

Gameplay is enjoyable but it's not very difficult so gets boring eventually. I think it would benefit from giving the player more range to maneuver but have the obstacles move quicker.

Great job overall!

Thank you for playing our game Filtrax! Glad that you enjoyed :)

Totally with you on the gameplay, we'll definitely work more on developing the difficulty and finessing the obstacle collision some more.

Thanks for dropping a comment! Will drop a comment on your submission too.

5* on presentation, especially for it all being homemade! The neon-drenched, sunset, synthwave vibes absolutely took me away! Perfect for a skateboarding game.

Unfortunately, having so little control over my own character meant that there just isn't much gameplay here. It feels good to pull off a Tony Hawk's-style grind (again, major props for sound design), but being penalized when my ability to steer out of the way of an obstacle is limited... not as much. There's also enough downtime between jumps & grinds that I wonder if you could add some kind of manual / balance mechanic to keep a combo meter up? Or speed up with each successful trick like Space Invaders?

Thanks for the submission, and I'll be vibing to that music all afternoon!

Massive thanks for checking out our game, Dino! Totally agree with you on the mechanics, we'll definitely work more to finesse the obstacle randomness and collisions. Great suggestion with the combo meter, we had that in mind while making the game during the 48 hours but did not get a chance to make it in the end.

Glad that you still enjoyed our game! Thank you for playing :D
