Reclaimed the top of the leaderboard 😎

GOD I can't believe I didn't see this in time for the rating period. This is so polished and creative and fun! Only thing I missed was a way to quickly rotate a letter 180 degrees. Great job! Hope to see you make it into the top 100!

Thanks! ❤️I guess you played the updated version though which has few additional things (white letters and zooming are the main ones) that weren't in the original version.

This is such a clever idea and it's perfectly executed. Congratulations on the great game. I would love to see a delete tool on the "make" screen. Good luck!

Thanks! ❤️ So you mean a feature that you could remove unwanted letters while creating a level? You can already kinda just leave them anywhere outside the "paper" itself and they will not count towards the level.

Awesome little title. Great job. Thank you!

This is a releasable game right now! How you were able to do all of this in only 48 hours?    ONLINE LEADER BOARDS?

How? HOW??? I don't need sleep, I need answers!

I'm also way addicted to this game now.......

Amazing game, definitely one of my favorites from this jam! The idea for drawing with letters is very unique and fun and the game is oozing with charm from the visuals to the sounds made by the little guy and the letters.

The fact that there is a custom level maker and leaderboard makes this game really shine I think. I played through a few user-made levels so far and the quality is really good! This definitely has the potential to take off with a dedicated community making high quality art in this unique way :)

I'm really hype for the new Metroid Dread so I recreated the E.M.M.I. in this game :)

This is a really creative idea for a painting game. Amazing visuals, and sounds are really cool. Leaderboards and user generated levels is also a huge plus. Amazing game!

Blown away by how good this is! Gameplay was innovative and got me hooked, presentation was solid audiovisually, and you even got a level editor and leaderboards in! Amazing work!

This game is definitely unlike anything I've seen so far! It's very charming and I can imagine a full release of this on Steam. Super clever!

this game is super well polished! i loved the community aspect of this game, where you can see the leaderboard, submit levels, and play levels that others have submitted. this gave me a lot of inspiration for my personal game projects! really great work with this one!

The online component is so well integrated, excellent work!
Would have loved more variety in music, but I'm sure that's due to the jam deadlines. :)

Waw that's really nice,

Very interesting concept, also being able to create your own and play the other's is amazing!

This game is awesome, very chill. Would be cool if you added some more rules or game modes. Maybe a mode where you have to finish within a time limit. Or one where you can only use a specific amount of letters. This game feels very polished, how the hell did you do this in under 48 hours? Got the high score with 2211 points.

Thanks! ❤️A new high score too, cool!

The online components for this actually are super simple and as I'm a full stack dev as a day job too, whipping up a backend for this didn't really take much effort. I had a existing implementation for the leaderboards too so just saving and loading a JSON blob of letter placements instead of a score isn't that different. Other than those, the base gameplay is super simple really. I had the main thing ready in the first few hours I think.

Yeah new game modes would be cool and would offer some greatly needed variance. I guess as you played enough for the new top seat, you started to feel the repetition and lack of challenge. Vast majority of people seem to only play the tutorial and maybe check a level or so they don't probably encounter it yet. Timed mode I'm not sure about. It would just introduce rushing and level resets until you figure out the proper order. The letter count limitations are also kinda already there as you get more point if you achieve the design with less letters as the creator.

One possible thing to include that would probably support making more varied and challenging levels would be to add ability to add "white letters" that would kinda cut out of the design. They would allow players to make designs where you might not immediately see all the letters forming it.
