Nice art. Sadly the different colours of the platforms weren't really visible and the controls were very slippery.
I really like the idea but not so much the controls. And the platforms' light is hardly visible (at least in the web version).
It was interesting to play. Great idea and good mechanics! Good job!
Please check my game as well ;)
cool idea, it was hard to tell which objective was for which player
I really liked the game even though the concept was probably really common. I like the aesthetic and music in the game.
Like everyone else said the rope feels too heavy sometimes and has too much trouble telling which block belonged to which.
I really liked the art and the music is quite nice. I agree with other comments here about the platforms being difficult to tell which block belonged on them and the rope being very heavy. My guess is that each element of the rope has an individual mass that when alone isn't much but together is very weighty. This wouldn't normally matter too much but it did exert a constant force on the blocks making it difficult for precise movement or leaving one in a single place. The concept is well executed though. Good job!
Thanks!
You're right. The rope is made exactly as you said. I'm glad you liked the game.
A very pretty game, but I do agree with daniel that the movement felt a bit too heavy at times
Though this is a common take on the theme, I think what you've got is a pretty cool concept! The art is also very stylish as well, it reminds me of some old flash games that I used to play when I was younger. The sounds are also quite satisfying to hear. You've got some good UI going, and I'm impressed with how you did the lighting.
Although the general platforming movement is decent, it feels a bit too restrained even with the rope. The rope felt heavy to the point where making some jumps were near impossible. It was also slightly difficult to discern which platforms each character should be on; the colored light is very faint. Maybe next time if you're making something similar, have a completely different platform altogether so it's clear to the player where the end goal is.
This is a pretty decent jam submission, and with a little more polishing you could expand on this further in the future.
Hello. I am very grateful for your opinion. I really appreciate it and I'm glad you liked the game
