I usually don't like to comment negatively on games' presentation, but I was really glad you included the disable sound button. I just couldn't handle that grating noise.
Overall, I think the game mostly felt frustrating. I just tugged until I got free for a few seconds, rinse and repeat. I think it needs more mechanics to be a more engaging game.

I love the positive reinforcement for bad behavior because being a good dog and walking with the owner lowers your score!

Very creative idea! The balance between the dog and the walker is an interesting mechanic that leaves room to be expanded upon.
Cute game! I found it confusing that the score goes down so much, for a while I thought it was just randomly changing. The sound effects were fine, but you would have been better off without the music.
Good to start with but needs something to change as the game goes on to keep it interesting. And yes my dog is just like this.
