I didn't understand how it fit the theme until the second level, but then I could see. Pretty good! I personally really didn't like the timer, I found it pretty opressive, but that's just me, I could see others enjoying it more.

Quite challenging and interesting, though it's quite odd having both your player and the level move meaning you are avoiding obstacles two spaces away often needing to move seeming into them to avoid them, now that could just be the challenge of the game, but, I feel like the built-in timer plus moving the player to the right when the timer is up is probably already enough for that, though it's certainly unique as is haha. Overall, nice job!
As mentioned before, incredibly challenging but fun! Love the aesthetic and love seeing another pirate themed entry. Those were oddly common hahaha
Hey once I figured this out it was quite fun - I haven't played a puzzle like this where the level moves as well which is quite fun! It ends up feeling like a hybrid puzzle/actiony style game.
If I could give a piece of feedback, I would recommend either removing the timer, or allowing a wait action. I think it would help a lot with the difficulty because it was pretty challenging - puzzle games can be very hard to balance, especially in a jam setting!
It was lots of fun, congrats on submitting and thanks for the game!
Very hard to understand where each action is going to take you, music is nice and sounds are a bit loud, altogether it is pretty challenging but stays pretty fun!!
From the description I thought it was going to be like a "snake" game ish concept where the more treasure you collected you had this long line trail behind you making it harder to navigate and potentially getting suck but I was mostly wrong. :) Sadly, I could not get onboard with the movement. It is confusing because everything shifts one tile to the left plus whatever movement you made and it is not clear or easy to understand. On top of that the game starts you in a mind field of walls and throws in a timer where you will move automatically not giving the player enough time to get their footing or understands the rules of the game.
My recommendation is to make the firsts parts of the game super easy and give enough room for the player to make mistakes as they learn the mechanics of the game without feeling like they didn't have a chance and now have to start all over. Other than that I think you can a very unique/challenging concept that with a little better difficulty curve can be a fun experience.
Very rough onboarding, I really enjoyed the clever design and concept but for me it was very stressful to act so fast and the art was blending it, so it was hard to take decisions. Original idea but too difficult.
The game is pretty hard, but fun. Not sure if it fits the theme of the jam, but pretty nice game overall :)
Took me a while to get the hang of the controls but afterwards it was good!
Perhaps start out with an easier level so people can get used to the movement before it gets tough.
Really interesting game! I couldn't even complete level 2, but the added feature of the second level was a great idea. The circular timer gives that sense of anxiety that the game needs, and the music is just good. Great job!
Pretty good game! Well done.
Controls are neat, graphics and music good.
It's very hard but fun to "speedrun" by pressing as fast as I can. :D
(If you move fast enough you can bug through walls.)
