How does your game fit the theme?
The character has a wisp that is linked to his stats. Depending on what you do in the level it changes and influences the stats. You control the characters actions which control the Wisps mood which then links back to player abilities

It's amazing how this 3d game was put together in such a short time. We thought it'd have a pixelart aesthetic hehe.

To be honest, the controls were a bit confusing at the start. Using AWSD keys helped a lot, actually :)

What might make Somnium even more fun is to be able to attack with space, and for the fire wisp to increase the attack damage after defeating an enemy, and for the blue wisp to allow the player to walk on water and enter that mysterious white portal at the center of the level ,:)

On the other hand, the combat felt really good, and loved the animations!

Your art-style brought me here. X)

Still that was a nice concept! Making the environment influence your character is a really easy way to hook a player. I tried to interact with every single thing in the world to see what would happen. Discoveries are always welcomed! :D

Nice work dude! :)

Beautiful art style!

The game visuals and animation are awesome, although I thought the player moves really slow. Some other aspects of the gameplay were confusing, but nevertheless good job!

game looks great visually, but it's very confusing, especially at first. a short tutorial could help fix this very quickly! good work tho :)

I also agree that, while you do have an excellent visual style with top-notch animations (especially for a 48 hour jam), I didn't really get the core gameplay loop. I'm not sure what the different powers were, or if I even got them in the first place.

Nice game !

Suddendly my butt was burning. But I fought some of them zombies down.

Great experience for such a short time. I love that you also did something in 3D.

Art and animations are great tough I didn't really understand the gameplay. Still that art and animations are good start for something really fun.

The character animations and art style is nice and seems quite well done, however the gameplay was a bit confusing. I didn't really understand what I was trying to do or what picking up each item did. This seems like a good foundation and I think the game could be expanded into something that could be really fun. Good job overall!

Animations, especially for the character, are beautiful. The concept and connection to theme is walking on thin line, but it is very creative and fun. If there were more details, like what each item does, and how the game progresses, this could be really, really good and fun.

Nice job!  The game looks beautiful!  I wasn't quite sure what the objective was, but it was fun just running around and exploring.  Also side note I was able to run off the bottom edge of the map and got stuck in the sky

Much like Muffelbabo, I really love the  look of the game but unfortunately had a hard time figuring it all out! A tutorial would have been great, even if it was just a wall of text.

Regardless, good job, it looks great!

I really liked the look of the game but I never really knew what to do. A few more instructions would have been helpful.

A lot of work put in, a tiny bracket of time. Great job!
