This one has a lot of polish. Both the visuals and the sound design are really well made, and the controls feel right. Only visual aspect I would mind is that I didn't understand the glitchiness going with the game. It would have been great to have a better progress but you can't do everything in 48 hours.
The game gives a really good feel of ever changinf labyrinth which is very interesting to play. It keeps you on the edge. I would have wished for more variety and suprises and I preogress from level to level.
Super well done!
The game was fun to play, but ultimately every level felt like it was the first or second level of a larger game. The art style was nice and I liked the feeling of exploration and worry I got running through the labyrinth.
Awesome game feel and nice choice of music!
PS: I will be tweeting about this game, and some other games I will play from the jam: https://twitter.com/TheAntonSem/status/1283432182074179585
Really nice art style and music. Some kind tutorial making initial levels simple could have been even better.
very polished, distinct visual style. Would love to see this fleshed out a bit more with more mechanical variation and progression, but really solid start!
hi all. i know some are having troubles working the tutorial, and there really should've been a prompt for this. please press SPACE to progress on the tutorial.
have fun!
Pressing space for getting to the next text was not obvious. I thought I can move at the start and was wondering why W,A,S,D doesnt work for me. The visuals look good and work well with the music, they definetly set the mood. And having to find the path is cool but the random levels didnt feel great. It felt random where I have to go, with no logic behind it. So I really had to search for it
The presentation was really neat, we liked the feeling that the temple had. Solid lighting and music, too!
We played for about seven rooms, but didn't notice any progression or end in sight. Is there a finish line?
The sounds, visual effects and artwork all looks very promising! Only too bad that I can't seem to get past the instruction screen. my wasd keys don't do anything and I can't start the game.
Edit: Thanks WispyMouse, I didn't catch that. Well it's a fun game with a nice theme and setting. kept me playing for a while!
Seems as though you're supposed to press "Space" to continue reading, and then "Enter" to close the instruction screen.
Neat! I like the sliding temple, it felt like I was in a giant deadly slide puzzle or something. One thing I would change is to make the map brighter. The vignette is fine, just make the area the is visible bright instead of so dim, it made it hard to see and not in a fun way. Otherwise I really like this!
Very cool game, I like that the intro is short and clear but at one point I didn't get anything to start the game.
Once I started it it was really fun, the controls feel tight and the rendering is really cool.
Good stuff.
