Great game! Took a simple idea ans polished it a lot. only the beeping sound in the main menu was a bit too much imo.

The only two thing I want to recommend is to show the players that all he needs are A, D, spacebar, because I didn't realize it was changing the controls between them (well, it is kind of obvious, but I just didn't get it immediately). And maybe increase the difficulty, because it was really easy to destroy an entire column of enemies simply because they didn't shoot me back.

Apart from that, it's a simple yet solid game with a fitting musical theme, and greatly polished for it. Great job!

Simple, but focused and well polished, well done ;)

Would love to see more dynamic gameplay. Try increasing the speed of a game by 300%, this could be great! :)

I had a lot of fun playing, although the art is not original, the sound is incredible, the gameplay is good, even when the controls are reversed, it is still fun to play! You can spend a lot of time playing your project! Very well done, I loved the different opening you did with the symbol of your team

Game was well polished and well designed. The Game was fun!!! Not a lot of games were fun in the jam imo. This one was, it fit the theme well too !! good job guys

Nicely polished. The concept feels a bit basic to me, though I like the way you tackled the "control jumbling": clearly telling the player that the controls were switched, but leaving it up to them to find out how, while still keeping it doable by limiting yourself to three keys. I found that many entries that did switch controls around used the whole keyboard, thus ended up nearly unplayable, even though very adherent to the theme. Glad you prevented that - had some good minutes of fun!

Simple and fun. Not much to say about it, it just feels like a complete, little game. I like that the control switching is not too overwhelming.

A good choice in inspiration when creating such a game. Right, left and shoot - enough actions to shuffle the keys. It was very nice to get used to the new controls, perceiving the keys in a new way.

A bit of technical feedback: It would be cool if shots flew through the explosions into the next ships, rather than being destroyed. There is no feedback on damage from healthier ships that are not destroyed by a single shot, but I hope this is temporary.
Good polished game!

UPD: Forgot to mention, I had one time when my controls mixed up and nothing changed. So, an extra check of the new control scheme with the old one would not hurt here.

Nice polish. Love the jumbling of the controls. Simple but elegant way to meet the jam specs!

Fun game, very polished

but the use of both arrow keys feel very asynchronous as compared to the space bar, feels weird using both arrow keys at once. Maybe more staggered keys would allow for more keys and better control.

Never thought someone would make a game for this jam inspired by Space Invaders! Nice job! I scored 60400.

Good, that was very polished  space-invader / galaga type game with a fun little twist -- Initially I thought 'hmm, maybe this game could use some controls indicator so players can immediately see the new jumbled-up controls' but not so long after I have figured out that the finding out & getting used to the new controls was also a part of the fun this game has.
...So, I think you have gotten the control-jumbling scroll shooter idea you have told me about juuuust right!

I would really love to see more gameplay contents in it, though.. For now the game is very good for a short arcade game but I also see some potench' in this game too!

Nice space invader variation :)
Scored 76800!

Nice UX design! Originally, I though it would be pretty hard to operate the ship with constantly changing controls but it turned out to be so fun to figure out controls on the fly and try to kill that one last enemy! It was wise decision to let player appear on the opposite side of the screen (don't remember weather it was a thing in original Space Invaders). This made it possible to continue being efficient even with jumbled and constrained controls.

Nice work! The game's fun, and the music was good too. I wish there was some indication about which keys it switches to, as I kept dying by accident when they switched. Good stuff :)

Great work! I rated it and enjoyed playing it. Would you mind rating mine?

Beautiful presentation! very fun game with nice sound design, well done :]. The only problem to me is how you cannot tell what the controls are jumbled too, if a quick image could flash up telling you what they would be jumbled too that would be cool, but it is just design preference I guess. Once again, nice job!

Very neat little game and so highly polished too - it feels great to play! Cool art style, and nice work animations and on the audio design :) The difficulty fit pretty well for me, it doesn't feel too unfair even with all the randomness. Even so, difficulty selection could be a nice feature anyway.
