This is great! I really liked how you managed to even make a world map. My only complaint is that the music gets a bit annoying after a while.

Developer

Sorry to hear that! When we were choosing music, we had it narrowed down to two options: one fit the overall theme real nicely but was on the shorter side, and the other was a couple minutes long but a bit too high-tempo for our liking. I'm sure you can guess which one we picked, haha. But thank you for the feedback! Composing original music is something we're absolutely going to consider while working on a post-jam release.

Nice job!!!  but im finish all the levels and I dont know If I win?

Developer

Hey, thanks! Ah, yeah, there's nothing at the end right now, sorry about that! We definitely were working on a win screen, but we couldn't find a good way to implement it without affecting players who wanted to replay certain levels.

Nice well polish game. Good ideas and mechanics.

Developer

Thank you very much! And thanks for leaving a comment, the team loves hearing from players, haha.

This was a lot of fun. I really liked the progression of difficulty, and it took me a while to solve the final level, which was great.

Developer

That's so great to hear! Thanks for giving the game a play!

Looks and feels great to play! I love the art and the music (even if the music is premade). All the levels had a good level of difficulty and built on the previous. I was a bit confused after I finished what I think is the last one, since there was no end screen and I expected the building at the end to be a final level. Also, there was one spike block in the second-to-last level that exists but didn't show up, so I died there and couldn't figure out why immediately, until I realized I couldn't place a block there.

Developer

Oh no! We're sorry about that. Unfortunately there isn't any sort of fanfare for completing the game right now, but we're definitely going to address that in our post-jam release! Argh, that invisible spike! That little guy's caused so much trouble... Thank you for the feedback though, it's always appreciated!

This game had top notch art style, presentation, and especially level design. The single nitpick I had with the game was that a "jump command" on the last level was hard to see, but overall this game had me enthralled to the end!

Developer

Thanks for the kind words! Ah, yeah, that one seems to be a recurring issue. Apologies! I'll go and update the game page to include it in our bugs section. Appreciate the feedback.

Art style and presentation is incredible. Great job.

Developer

Aw, thank you! Much appreciated.

how did you make such a great game in two days ?

Developer(+1)

We couldn't have done it without our great team! Thank you very much for thinking of the game so highly, it's much appreciated.

Great take on the theme! The difficulty of most of the levels was spot on, except for level 3 and the last level (probably #10). The solution to #3 is shown in the trailer, so I was able to beat that level. Maybe you could add a tutorial in the game, but that's all the remarks I have.

Developer (1 edit)

Ah, shoot. We're sorry about some of levels being a bit off, difficulty-wise. There was definitely a lot of shuffling the levels around during development, and there was always the possibility we could've ordered them better. Thanks for the feedback!

Really interesting puzzle/platformer game :) only last one took a bit but it wasn't frustrating. pretty polished and visually interesting. after the last level i was a bit confused if i finished the game or i was missing something, but other than that the game is pretty cool. well done! :D

Developer(+1)

Aw, thank you for the kind words. Sorry there wasn't any feedback for completing the game! That was something we originally planned for, but it got cut during the last couple of hours in the jam.

Submitted(+1)

Such a fun puzzle game! Really liked it. I thought maybe having trails for where the skeleton was last might be interesting, a bit like in Mario Maker? And there is a level where there's a sneaky jump at the very end, it appeared off the staff for me... I really liked how clear the art was, and the music chosen was really good to keep me in the puzzle-solving trance. On top of that, the main mechanic is a strong one and an interesting take on the theme, and the levels are really well designed. Great job!

Developer(+1)

Oh man, that's an interesting idea! I'm totally gonna steal add that to our notepad file of potential changes for our post-jam release, haha! And apologies for that jump, we didn't quite have enough time to make the action bar scroll if there were commands off-screen. Real glad you enjoyed the game regardless, thank you very much!

Submitted(+1)

Oh wow, the game felt so cohesive that I didn't realize it was made by a team; great teamwork!

Submitted(+1)

I loved this game. It is that kind of puzzle game where you gotta create a solution instead of find one and the level design explored it really well paired with the skull score system. Too bad some levels can't be beaten with 3 skulls but totally understandable. Great pixel art as well =D

Developer

Great to hear you enjoyed the open-ended puzzle design! It's a bummer we couldn't fix those darn bugs, though! But thanks for leaving a comment, it's much appreciated.

I've seen a lot of games of this style in the jam but this one is easily the best! Everything in it is so well polished and thought out. The puzzles I found to be the right amount of difficulty (at least for me) and the atmosphere was overall very enjoyable. I did seem to find some invisible object in the 2nd last level that was killing me or I seemed to of missed something? Over all amazing game! :D

Developer(+1)

Argh, not the invisible spike! Unfortunately, there's a spike collider without a sprite on the sixth level that sneaked by us during development. Sorry about that! But that's good to hear that it didn't affect your enjoyment too much, haha. Thanks for the feedback!

Submitted(+1)

It was a damn good mechanic. Having him jump or move in a direction depending on the beat. The art and music styles really fit the game as well. The puzzles were damn challenging as well and were very fun. Great job overall :)

Developer

Thank you very much for the positive feedback! Knowing that people enjoy the game always brings a smile to our faces, so thank you for taking the time to let us know. It's much appreciated.

Hey, it's @cogspace from Twitch. This is a great concept and I think well executed! I was able to get through all of it and I'm working on getting 3 skulls on everything (except 2 and 6 <sad face>).

Developer

Hey, great to see you on here. My teammate Josh really enjoyed having you on stream yesterday! Good luck on those three-skull ratings (except for the bugged ones... Apologies)!

Submitted(+1)

Charming style and good puzzles, very solid game!

Developer

Much appreciated. Thanks for the feedback!

Submitted(+1)

Really excellent take on the theme! If there were more levels, I'd play this for hours. Phenomenal work! :-D

Developer(+1)

Aw, that's real nice to hear! We're planning on developing the game post-jam, so hopefully one day (soon-ish, I hope) there'll be a whole bunch more levels to enjoy! Thank you very much for the feedback.

Submitted(+1)

Very challenging and a very fun puzzle. A lot of solutions which seem obvious at first don't end up working, so you need to think carefully about each puzzle. Great presentation too!

Developer

We're stoked you enjoyed the puzzles! A lot of thought went into them, so it's great to hear that they got you thinking!

Submitted(+1)

I almost played the entire game! I stopped at the last level. It was a lot of fun and a very cool mechanic that definitely fits the theme! Could 100% be a nice mobile game or even a nice pc game for that matter.

Well done and good luck!

Developer(+1)

Even if you didn't make it to the end, we really appreciate you giving the game a try! And thank you for the encouraging words, we think so as well, haha!

Submitted(+1)

I just finished it, really cool mechanics and loved the style! Good job on this one

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! And of course, thanks for giving the game a play!
