How does your game fit the theme?
Our interpretation of the theme “Out of Control” was to not only have the player lose control of their character, but also to take something away that is usually taken for granted in many games: knowing if you’re dead or not. Your corruption level won’t be revealed until you complete the level, and the corruption you get from being exposed to the spores won’t manifest itself immediately.

Wow the visuals and sound design are stunning! We know how hard it is to make a full sound track for a game in a game jam so huge props there. The visual aesthetic reminds me of the Atari game Adventure which really makes me think of old computers and programming so I think it's perfect for this games themes. Overall an excellent submission that needs more attention!
Thank you! I actually have a lot of experience writing music so the sound track is relatively easy for me to do, thankfully Tim does the vasy majority of the programming side, so we compliment each other.
Nice juice and visual effect as you get more corrupted!
Thanks!
Theres 10 types of people, those who understand binary and those who don't. Great game!
Thanks!
Love the hidden corruption!
Thank you! We really appreciate it
I love how chunky everything feels.
The sound effects and music fit really nicely.
Thanks! (I made the SFX and music)
Cool game! The music and the graphics come together really well and it feels pretty good when you pick up digits. Having the corruption meter slowly rise with a rising pitch was a nice touch aswell.
Thanks! I spent a little extra time on the meter since it's the main source of feedback in the game.
A very cool game! The pulsing blue screen was a little hard to look at after a while, but I had fun playing it!
Something we'd like to add is some graphical options to increase or decrease some of those effects!
