The tanks should snap on the grid points and be limited to a 45 degree angle for aiming, because sometimes you can't hit the tanks that are driving towards you with how it works right now. Also the keys dropping from the hose up top shouldnt obscure any parts of the UI

This game was really fun and I liked the artsyle. It took me a bit to figure out the controls, but once I had them figured out the tank handled quite well.

I got a few very minor complaints tho:

- The game doesn't get any harder and at some point I understood enough of the game to never die.

- The Button Blocks fall on top of the score, so at some point I wasn't able to see my highscore anymore.

- I bugged out the right rotation by placing a block on top of another block that was already on it.

- The R to restart button doesn't work.

I really liked the game tho, so I would definetly recommend it, and feel free to DM me if you continue on this game. I would like to see what other kind of mechanics you come up with.

Really fun and really polished. I like how the game involved a lot of strategy but there were no turns so it made you think about your next move fast. It fitted the theme really well and I loved everything from the art to the gameplay and sounds! The "r" to restart button didn't work for me in the browser version but that is my only real criticism. It's amazing you managed to create such a detailed game in such a short amount of time, amazing job!

Moving keys around and spamming them before they run out while your tank moves frustratingly slow is a really fun, tense gameplay experience! I'm really glad the enemies also move slow, it weirdly evokes being in a tank and having to wait for it to turn slowly but it still gives you a lot of actions you can do! Great job!

Great graphic and fitting music. I love the take on Game Jam's theme. One of the best I've played!

This is a super cool concept! I really like the game play and the keys mechanic! Had my head warped! Enjoyed it!

i like it, compared to other games of this type you have a lot of time which greatly increased the fun factor of it, but the letters were too random and spread out, and it turn out a bit frustrating, there where points where i didn't have any buttons to use.

i was really having fun when i had about one or two buttons and had to constantly change their usage. if you are planning on improving the game i would suggest giving buttons a bit more durability  and having only a few types,  doesn't really matter what buttons they are as long as you can memorize where they are when you need them.

unlike other games with changing buttons this was really comfortable, great job.

Developer

hey thanks for the feedback! I wanted to include différent type or keys (like keys that get pressed automatically etc) but , you know, time... Anyway glad you enjoyed it :D

Holy hell this is incredible.  Love the blend of 2d physics and 3d pixel art.  The style, the feel, the gameplay all blends together and it's such a fun and clever idea.  Well done!

I love the pixely aesthetic (did one similar in my game) and the game feels great! Love creating my own controls and using the keys as a commodity, overall great submission!

This is fantastic! It feels frantic and unwieldy like a tank should feel! Well Done!

This was a really fun game, I love the pixely look to everything. It feels really polished.

I liked that you had to keep on your toes when putting in a new key. The constant control re-mapping fit the theme really well!

The game feels polished and it's a very nice take on the theme. Top marks!
