The art style gives me a old arcade games feeling :)

Developer

This was my first jam and first time doing the art work, glad you liked it ! I just think the robot is out of perspective , so i will fix that in the next version of the game

This was great! To quote Mark, "I figured it out. I felt like the smartest human in the world!" Very satisfying when you understand what to do and solve these tricky puzzles.

Developer

Thanks for playing the game , i'm glad you had a good time, this was our first puzzle game and our first jam, and it was a blast!

Very clever puzzle! Good thing the mechanics are presented slowly, so you have time to get used to each one. Well done!

Thanks for playing the game , i'm glad you enjoyed it! We tried to make a small tutorial for each new mechanic introduced, glad it worked!

I was just thinking "This game could really do with some portal tiles" then BOOM! Portal tiles! Cool puzzle that ramp up, I'd love to see more puzzles in future.

Very fun and creative game! The puzzles were really clever and the cool mechanic you made allowed for lots of interesting situations. I think that the art could do with some work but that just comes with practise so need to worry about that! Overall a very original and fun game, great job!

Thanks for playing the game, this was our first jam and it was my first time with art work, so that is why the visuals are not that good. But i'm glad you enjoyed the game, because we enjoyed a lot making it!

One of the few good puzzle games in this jam, you really exploited this mechanic far into its design to produce some really interesting levels. Gotta say the last one took me a while. I don't know if I can say that you fit or didnt fit the theme, i think it's an interesting approach to it, but I cant decide myself on whether or not it really qualifies. The music does get a little repetitive with time, but I do like the janky SFX. Maybe art could have used a little more work. You nailed gameplay though, and that's the most important part in my opinion.

Developer

Thanks for playing the game, this was our first jam and it was my first time with art work, so that is why the visuals are not that good. Your point about if the game fits or not the theme is very debatable, but i guess that the fact that each part of the robot doesnt have full control over the movment fits the game into  the theme, however you could argue that beeing able to split the robot actually gives you more control and possibilities, so yeah , thats very debatable. Anyways thanks for the feedback that is definetly the best part of the jam!

Really liked the mechanics of combining the robot. But the end level sound was a bit too much :D

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing the game , sorry about the sfx , we added in the last minute so thats why its not that good, anyways i'm glad you liked it!

Very clever puzzle game that gets a lot of mileage out of a simple mechanic. I loved how both robot parts had different but complimentary secondary skills that enriched the puzzle design. Really great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing the game , and thanks for the feedback, this is definetly the best part of the jam! I have played your game and its great too, good job on that!

Nice job! I really enjoyed the disassembling mechanics is allowed for some creative puzzles. The art style was nice as well. Well done! :D

Love the main mechanic! The game has a good amount of content but it doesn't feel repetitive at all. The coolest thing was the “Aha!” moments, especially at the last level.

Great little puzzle game.    There is a lot of potential here as the robot can gain different parts in later levels to give you different tools.    really excited to see this develop post-jam.

Developer
