The "Hearing" indicator recognises that I'm saying 'OK' or 'Okay' but still won't let me continue from the tutorial screen.
That happens sometimes... try to close the game, reset the windows voice settings then re-open the game (as advised in the install instructions)

Arg, this looks like a great concept, but I can't get it working on my machine!
Try to check your microphone system settings, check that the mic you are using is set as the default one and that voice recognition language is set to English
