I've seen a different game which allows players to assign controls to different keys as gameplay mechanics in this game jam, but I truly love how easy it is to understand and remember which button does what in your user interface. You made very clever representation of controls in the bottom left corner!
Well thought out puzzle game and fits the jam theme great, enjoyed playing it!
Great level design and great concept! Its a good way to limit control (having 4 commands) but still having players be in control (picking the commands)! I also thought it was great how you taught the controls and concept! Overall, had a lot of fun playing and this is an amazing jam entry!
Super clever game, I really enjoyed it! The mechanic is original and fun. The visual prettry much polished. Good job !!
This is my favorite version of the "collecting keys" mechanic! Good game with solid puzzles!
Very clever take on the theme, makes you really need to concentrate on what you are doing. Awesome job on the music and art too.
Damn, I think I used all my braincells on that last one... Pretty cool game, and I loved the dialogues between levels
Nice puzzler !
I think this game does the collecting controls idea the best!
Clever puzzles and great lore!
I really enjoyed the game
I've seen a handful of these type of games where you have to retrieve and equip controls like move or jump but this one is unique. I admit when I started I was a little skeptical, but after a couple of levels I had the same feeling of "the catch" that I get when I play Baba is You. That is definitely the sign of a good puzzler! I ended up really enjoying this one :) well done!
I love this game! I got seriously invested in getting the robot out. It got difficult part way through, though was fun! Thank you and best of luck!
Great idea and fun puzzles! I just wish there was an "undo" as opposed to restart, because it did get somewhat frustrating to get so late into a level, realize I made a misclick and have to completely start over.
Agreed with the previous comment on the keeping controls from the previous room. It deadlocked me a couple of times because I didn't know what the upcoming levels would be and I went about things in an odd way.
Awesome idea! The theme was very well implemented, and it was awesome to try to figure out how to solve the puzzles (and the confusion you get about how to move really added to it)
I am not sure about the idea of keeping the controls from the previous rooms, since it seems that it could easily lead to a deadlock?
Good job, and I hope Matt picks your game :D
