Terrific little game, it feels really polished!

Developer

thanks!:)

It would perfectly fit on a mobile platform. Everything is great, too bad it's not procedural. Awesome job 💪

Developer(+2)

thanks! It is procedural in fact, just not in the first 2000m, to let the player breathe a little!:) Glad you liked it

Submitted(+1)

Oooohhh sorry, I was so bad at this x) I made it through 5000m once and then quited that's why

Great job !

Great art style and music! Epic!

Developer

thanks!:) And nah, you're epic!

Well made game.  NIce

Developer

thanks!:)

The fact that the screen is non scalable, means that I can't play it on my medium sized laptop.

Developer

I'm really sorry to hear that. Since this is more of a mobile game, I didn't have a choice to do it vertically, even if I understood it would not fit into every monitors.

First serious game jam + the 48h rush, I did my best:)

I'll keep that in mind for the future, thanks for your comment!

Simple but fun game. Art and music fit perfectly, easy to understand but can quickly crash the rocket. The lane lock is a good idea, mixed with the ability to slow down your thrust as you wish, it works fine. Main Con is that it becomes quickly repetitive, as it lacks a feeling of progression (even something simple).

Developer

Thanks for your comment! I agree with you, it lacks progression.

My original idea was bigger with a progression system, coins and upgrades, but since it's a game jam I had to scale down my ambitions.

Thanks for playing my game:)

Scored 6800. Nice lighting! I think it would've been nice to be able to activate the rockets using spacebar to allow one-handed play.

Developer

I didn't think of that! Could be nice:)

Thanks for playing my game!

Submitted(+1)

The graphics are really cool and the game is awesome but a smoother transition in lanes would've been great.

Developer(+1)

Thank you:) smoother transitions are at the top of the to do list for the update

Submitted(+1)

Solid visuals and sound. If the shuttle had a smoother transition into each lane it would have been perfect, but hey, for 48 hours im not complaining really.

Developer

Thanks:) I agree, i's a priority for the next update!:)

I love the colors, lighting, and effects in this game!

Developer

Thank you so much! Worked hard on this

Submitted(+1)

Really cool, I love it :D The art is sooo well made

Developer(+1)

thanks! Always thought I was more of a programmer, now maybe I'll say I'm a 2d artist too:)

Submitted

Hehehe Nice..

This one... is very well polished. I can barely believe everything, including the music, was made in 48 hours. I had fun!

Developer

Thank you so much! I have a few years of experience in both music and 2d art, but it took me most of the 48h to have this result!

There isn't much complexity either in the music or the art, that's what made it possible:)

Anyway, thanks for playing my game!

Submitted(+1)

Amazing game, make it a mobile already, cheers.

Developer(+1)

I'm already planning it! Thanks for playing my game

Submitted(+1)

The aesthetic is very pleasing. I like that you took the preexisting avoid-em-up genre and put a twist on it. My only thing is that the controls could've felt more fluid but that's just me nitpicking.

Developer

I totally agree with you! Thanks for your opinion:) I appreciate it

This is a fun little game that would do well on mobile! Dig the gain more fuel mechanic. I also dig the can't change lanes bit as well, but sometimes it leaves the player to have to guess which lane will be clear for long enough to fix the malfunction. Makes it hard to feel like once can "Git Gud" so to speak. Had fun with it :) Art/Music really meshes well. good job.

Developer

Thanks for your comment! I agree with you, I'll keep that in mind:) And I'll certainly try to publish it on android!

I really love the game. I find it very addictive.  I would love to be able to play it on mobile. The art is also beautiful. Very nice job !

Developer(+1)

I appreciate it, thanks! I put my heart into it! You'll probably see it on mobile soon;)

Submitted(+1)

The music and art goes well with the game. Would love to see this game on mobile!

Developer

thanks a lot! I'll port it to mobile in the next week:)

Submitted(+1)

Like other people have said, I love the art and music! I found it kind of hard to react in time to incoming objects, so it ended up being more a matter of memorizing the order that you encounter objects in.

Developer

Thanks! Maybe the speed is too fast, it's not your fault! I'll keep that in mind if I port it to mobile! Good luck memorizing the objects after 2000m tho, it's kinda random:)

Submitted(+2)

Love the way it looks! Gameplay wise I like the risk vs reward aspect of seeing where something is going to fall but not knowing if it'll be fuel or death coming for you, so you have the choice of waiting below the signal or playing it safe! My highscore was 14732 :)

Developer

Pretty good!:) Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it!

Submitted(+1)

Can I ask you? What is the name of the font that you used on the game? (It fits perfectly with the game)

Developer(+1)

thanks! It's called Kiona:)

Thank you so much for replying! 😊
