nice!

Great concept but the values for jumping and knockback should be tweaked and more forgiving at times. Great job on teaching the dynamics to the player. The art kinda blended in at times but i really don't care about all that. Average on design and high on the others!

Cool game and nice music. The spike is a little hard to see though and an indication on your weapon charge would be nice.

Nice execution with the one button game. The spike is a little bit hard to notice, maybe a different color or a outline will help with that. Other than that, I like how you move horizontally when you shoot. This makes the user consider if there is a spike behind before firing. The movement can be tweak a little as well. Sometimes, I am stuck in a corner and being forced to shoot to get out. Good job!

a fun idea with, more importantly, a solid implementation. The spikes sometimes were a little difficult to read against the background and I did encounter a problem jumping on to ledges after my character game to a stop, but it was a good experience nonetheless with plenty of potential as a mobile time waster, with a little more polish. Well done, for sure!

Yay for newton! One of the more original takes I've seen on the one-button concept this jam. Great level design, too. 10/10 would recommend. :D

I actually really really enjoyed playing this game .

ah. so the character is at full charge when in full color . Once I learned that  getting though the back up jump  was  easy .

I really liked the duality of the space bar being horizontal and vertical movement based on timing, it worked really well. I'm not sure if it was a bug, but the music seemed to cutout whenever I fired, which felt a bit off, music cutting out is usually a sign of a mistake (such as missing a beat in rockband, or taking damage). The different orbs were clever. I think:
Green - Standard
Red - Out of range
Blue - Fully charged shot only
Pink - Follows you for a bit (I think this one followed you for just too short, I never shot it, and just had to damage boost through it).

Great game overall, I really like the idea, works well with the theme.

The music added in more instruments based on your level of charge! I think it was a neat idea that could have been implemented better, especially because the full version of the track sounds incredible.

I'm not really a big fan of endless runner type games, but I have never played one that had any kind of attack mechanics, and I think the shooting adds a lot to the fun. It was quite enjoyable and addicting!

I feel the kick back mechanic is underused currently. Doesn't help that it's a bit of an overdone mechanic when people think of one button games.

The game is fun, nice art, fine music, the place where you are put in the corner and have to shoot back should have been done better, and the camera could have been more zoomed out.

Really fun game, it had really good music and a cool design. An amazing game that you can play with one button.

I liked the pixel art. I got stuck pretty early on, but it was pleasant nonetheless.

Try letting your gun charge and propelling yourself backwards! It can be a little unintuitive at first, but I didn't want to bog people down with words.

Nice game, thanks for joining the jam! Music was good. I'd like to see you explore some other uses of the mechanic, as it seems like there is room for some cool things here.
