Very fun game, polish issues aside, it was very fun and satisfying to throw the axe and have it bounce around. I was constantly trying to make sure it bounced directly back to me and as such felt quite engaged throughout.
With more development time, I can tell this could easily be expanded into a full release, but as it stands now, it is a fun and engaging jam game.
It would be nice to see a melee attack option as well, considering thats the primary use of an axe, with throwing as an optional risk/reward. It must also be mentioned that the game is missing a lot of polish, but that can mostly be blamed by the time limit of the jam.
I liked this game. It would have been nice to have more levels to play through but I settled for playing through it twice. I had fun with it. I lost my axe off screen a couple of times when I flung it and it bounced where I didnt expect it, so it would be nice if there was an indicator telling me where Im going when I run through a horde of enemies. I like the indicators on the enemy guns, the sound is a good one but its nice having the secondary piece of information there. Good job.

So I went and replayed it to beat it.
The multiaxe is very satisifying! Also the green dude sometimes fall and cant get up and just keep going oh! You guys did good on the game!
Some critique now as an audio guy I will say the credits song is uh not all that and if you leave the song going it will stop, I should definately loop at the least! Sound FX are passable though! And the game song is good to!

One Pixel MazeOne of the best games I've played so far! The controls are tight and bouncing the axe from enemy to enemy is incredibly satisfying. I would love to see a fully-developed version of this game!
