I love the idea so much! Pilot is actually safe now :D

This was good actually, although I couldn't get the good ending.

Holy shoot, this is inspiring. The audio was incredible, and the news broadcast was really neat, how it reacted to your decisions. I would love to see this expanded upon, with extra paths, more scenarios, maybe a bit more puzzle. Awesome stuff. I'll definitely put more time into my game's audio in the future, yours demonstrated the shear power of good sound.

Developer

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. And yeah once had to make a sound only game for school, that really teaches you how powerful audio can be. If anything my game could have used a lot more.

Brilliant, original, and thought-provoking game. Good job man :)

The main idea of communicating with one word is really cool and one of the most original things I've seen in this jam so far. I loved how you included various "miscommunications" in the dialogue, which really got me invested in trying to say the right thing.

I will admit that there is currently not much in the game, but what you do have is really neat, and I would love to see more!

Developer

Yeah I'm not really an artist, but for the atmosphere of the game some art was really required. That slowed me down a bit so the one scene was all I could write / voice act in the time of the jam. Really supposed to highlight the idea of the design rather than fully explore it unfortunately. I'm really glad you liked it though!

very original and atmospheric. would love to see more of this!

This is VERY unique. I would love to see more scenes of this fashion using this mechanic!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I was really going for something that could only really work with this theme. I did only get to finish the one scene, but glad to hear that more would have been better!

Short and sweet.  No complaints :)

Thanks!

Very cool idea, haven't seen any other games with dialog as a mechanic. Neat!

This is an interesting concept! Excellent use context clues to create a narrative!

Thanks for playing!

The concept was pretty cool. The voice audio was a little too quiet at times (or the music too loud in comparison) but it was fine for the most part. I think "close" and "far" would've been better location descriptions than "closest" and "furthest" for the fuel.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'll see if I can fix those after the jam closes for a final version. During development I kept going forth between close and closest. I figured closest would more easier translate to the 'closest side', to fit better with the NSEW words. Guess I settled on the wrong one. Glad you liked the concept!

There is something charming is this game for me.

Very cool game !
The voice acting (especially for the pilot) was really good and made the scenes vpretty impactful. Good job !

Developer

Thanks!

Really neat. I love the atmosphere it set up. I'd be interested to see something like this in a longer game

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm happy it was atmospheric, that was one of my goals when I chose this particular idea for the jam.

The voice acting was surprisingly good. The art was fine for a jam game. The game kind of felt like a guessing game. (When the man asked me where is the leakage I accidentally clicked north and it was correct). The begging scene feels very long, I'm guessing that was the intent.

Developer

Thanks! That means a lot honestly.

I like it but the emotion of the guy who finds him are a bit off.

"Danger? I don't know what u mean...". But very cool game! God job!
