Nice interpretation of the theme, to remove shooting from a shooter. Some of the execution made it a little hard to play e.g. short screen makes blocks hard to predict and damage is difficult to discern. Otherwise a solid concept that fits the brief and with a more generous timeframe would make a really fun game.

Thank you. I updated a version witch informs the player where an enemy will spawn.  This should help the problem ^^

I like the tron vibe :D

But in browser it has way too little screen space (vertical) to be able to predict where cubes pop up and aim at them.

Thank you ^^. About the space I wanted to take away the comfort of having a lot of space to work with, especially to make the turrets more important. But I understand that it makes more a game of luck than a game of aim ^^' I updated a version witch should help this issue by informing the player where enemies will spawn.

good game but it would be nice if it said you died because the first time i died i thought the game had crashed

The jam version of the game has bugs (only had 24 hours to make it) ^^' I fixed most of them in the updated version.

lacks polish but good concept

I had fun, fam!

Pretty fun but I don't see how it fits the theme

Glad you enjoyed. I tried to make a space shooter but with the shooting controlled by an AI (that wants to kill you ^^).

This is pretty fun.  After a little bit it becomes incredibly easy, though.  I think that maybe the dash is too powerful, or the fact that they don't fire unless you stop.  The two combined remove a bit too much of the risk for stopping to get the guns to fire, which was the nice part of the game.  Good job overall, though.

Thank you. For the dash I should have said that you only get points when the turrets kill an enemy ^^' without making this clear I can understand that the dash is too powerful (it might still be). I though adding a sort of stamina meter.
