I can't help but notice that you banned someone from your chat for speaking French. You even go as far as to say they're a bot and they're posting spammy links (they didn't post any link). You do realize that not everyone speaks English, right? And speaking a foreign language doesn't mean they're a bot or they're here to spam.

If you want an English-only chat that's ok but you need to say so.
