Square PongChill, polished, challenging, and satisfying. Movement feels smooth. The integration of the timer into the game space to track progress is sweet. I love the feeling of depth the visuals give. High marks.

By far, I have played and rated over 100 games considering the submissions of this game jam, and this is one of the ones I enjoyed the most. I have no reason to say that this is not the one I enjoyed the most, to be honest!
Awesome implementation of the theme, a simple and solid core gameplay loop, rad music track, and effective visuals! I adore the work you have done here, and you got one of the best ratings I have given so far. Everything was truly awesome.
I specifically loved the simple color palette and the scene layout. The background looks awesome with little details, and the way you show the current score and the high score is just on-point. I can't address how much I liked the scene in this game!
The music track you've used fits the game perfectly, I wish it was something your team has created so I could give it a 5-star rating! A few visual effects using the music beat would enhance the game and juice it up. Since you're a fellow Godot Engine developer, if you'd like to implement something as such, I can help you (Discord Beez#0808) with it!
The restart menu after I failed to survive was the only thing I looked at and said "oh, I wish it was better," but since this is a game jam, it is perfectly normal! Overall, this is a well-executed game with a cool concept and theme implementation.
