The game arts were great, and the soundtrack was nice too, I just found it a little difficult..
Goo work friend.
Could you rate my games too? they are: Temple of Pythagoras and Geo-do. :)
Others have mentioned this, but the spike placement needs to be a) more strategic, and b) more visible.
It has a charming ambiance in terms of art and music. The gameplay is fun and reminds me of The Lost Vikings - which is always a plus in my books. But a little more variety would be awesome!
All the best :)
The music and art create a great atmosphere.
I'd like to see the spike hazards to be more visible and obviously threatening. They don't actually look like they'd hurt me, so I was confused for a bit. Also, I'd like the spikes to never be placed in on edge spots where I MUST walk into them to jump between platforms. That feels unfair.
I'd also like to see more diversity in how the player can use each shape. I always only use the human to jump between platforms, and I always only use the robot to fight if there's an enemy on the platform. I feel like I'm repeating the same actions too much.
Maybe if the human had to dodge moving hazards, or quickly traverse series of falling platforms, or jump to hit switches, the jumping experience would feel more varied. For the robot, maybe having different types of attacks to use, or different behaving enemies that you have to fight in different ways would make the fighting feel more varied.
Is the level randomly generated? That's cool. Music and art are also great. Obstacles are too small that I was confused about what did hit me
Cool game! The art and music both contributed to a cohesive vibe and the controls were very smooth. This game even has some polish that might go unnoticed like player light casting shadows.
pretty fun. Sweet graphics, everything is well telegraphed-- nice
