This game was fun (and funny!) as hell. This was my first jam so I can relate deeply to gdevelop shooting canonballs at me while I try to get things done. Perfectly on-theme and meta, with a sweet message at the end. Very educational. Thank you for sharing!

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

There are some jank here and there but this is nothing short of a miracle. Meta games are hard to make as they are hard to define, but you simply saw through the programming of gdevelop and went "I can make a game out of this!".

Because all of the graphics are stock(safe for the pigeon), we are instinctively familiarised with every mechanic presented. The UI is clear enough as it stands that new players are likely to know what's going on, in fact, with a bit more polish, this could be a gamified teaching tool should anyone is on the fence on using gdevelop.

I love there is a subtle rivalry between the pigeon(aka you, I guess?) and gdevelop. I guess no matter how user friendly a game engine is, a dev will have to struggle through it.

And the final message is very inspiring, I think everyone needed that. 10/10

Thanks so much!

i think that pigeon is friendly.

However, i do not understand why gdevelop is an enemy or what.

i would say this after i try your project that i followed you for your new games in GDevelop. and i guess its top 10.

in fact i would say, you are a very good GDevelop creator.

Thank you for all of your work. i would be looking forward if you made another game in GDevelop similar to this. I appreciate your work, and the stuff you do, you made me learn some extension i do not know.

What a blast, definitely on the top 10 games of the jam!

I liked the humour of it and I don't know if your pidgeon was a honest reference to King's Quest V Cedric or not but that really hit me hard :D

Congratulations you beat GDevelop :D :D :D <3
