I did a playthrough of your game. Go to the 6:39 mark of this video to see it:
Hey this is super cool! Thanks for sharing!
rated your game I love the art styl and gameplay. please rate min
solid game man i love it made sure to rate it pleas check out and leave me a rating on my game too https://ben1t0buko.itch.io/lost-treasure1
While I have to respectfully disagree your understanding and interpretation of the theme, this is a very unique idea with stellar execution.
Your friend did a fantastic job with the music, I was thoroughly immersed into the environment.
The art style somehow reminded me of Rusty Lake, which gives the game a "dated" feel.
The gameplay and progression is very promising. Restoring antique electronics is rather satisfying, and the game seems to engage me into its progression with creative ways.
For the future recommendations, you would need tutorialization not only on what the tool do, but also how do they work. I thought I have to spam click the brush just like the pliers. I think the dusts should also be more opaque, I missed them entirely when I first fixed the cash register.
The cassette tape is a fantastic end screen because it symbolises "replay", 10/10
amazing man
made sure to give a rating!
can you check out my game to?
Thanks Jerry! I've already rated your game, but thank you for playing and leaving a comment on mine also!
thanks a lot!
While it took me a while for me to understand how the game works, I loved the graphics, the audio, and the game's setting.
Thank you for playing and for leaving a comment! It's definitely a goal of mine to add a tutorial after voting has ended!
I cannot believe that it took me so long to play this game, this is easily one of the most unique, interesting and engaging entries in the jam!
First of all, the presentation is spectacular, every aspect of the game is carefully crafted with a really classic but gorgeous style. The song accompanying the game fits perfectly with the mood that is trying to convey. Despite being a really short game, every aspect of it is clever and really well crafted and I must congratulate you for this entry. I would definitely love to see this game become a larger product in the future!
Thank you so much for playing, and for such a detailed and kind review! It means so much to me!
I definitely want to turn this one into a long term project I actually fell in love with the game whilst making it so it's something I can't wait to put more passion into!
I know I already played and reviewed your game but please let me know if you keep working on yours! I'd love to play future builds
Lovely and moody.
I really liked the feel and soundscape of your game.
Well done <3
Thank you for playing, and for leaving such a kind comment!
Hey Aaaahron, lovely little game and I hope it does very well in the jam! It's got such a great vibe and I love the concept and design. The prospect of repairing electronics is also a clever take on the theme. High marks!
Thanks for playing and for the kind comments!
I know I already commented on Foxy but I still think about how great the aesthetics are!
Awesome. Can't believe you pulled together something so professional in such a short space of time. It's very simple but satisfying gameplay and can easily seeing you expand on it. Good job, and please also check out my entry when you have a chance.
Thanks for playing and thank you for the kind comment!
I'll head over to your game now!
I find this game incredibly well-made !
The graphics and sounds blend together seamlessly, immersing us in the game's atmosphere.
However, a brief tutorial would have been helpful...
PS : I'm having trouble understanding how this game fits the "On/Off" theme.
By the way, I noticed your username on all the leaderboards, so I assumed you'd also create a competitive game, but I was quite mistaken. Also, feel free to try out my speedrun platformer. I think you won't be disappointed ( I didn't have time to implement the leaderboard, but you can send a screenshot of your level selection menu with all your best scores in comment ).
Thank you!
The game meets the theme with its narrative - it's your job to get objects that were off, to turn back on!
The register, TV and camera, once cleaned and repaired, turn on for the first time since they died!
Thank you for playing, and for the feedback on the tutorial, definitely something to consider!
I just love getting high scores which is why I play those games so much, I'll definitely check yours out!
Makes me think of rusty lake point n click games, love it !
This is the best compliment to me! I love those games!
Very cool and creative game! Beautiful art and very polished.
It give me so many ideas. Really shows the potential for using GDeveloper for point and click experiences. Thank you so for your submission! (Oh, and I really liked the insight on your process with the devlogs posts)
Could you try my game too? I would really apreciate it.

Thank you for playing, and for leaving such an in depth comment!
I never devlog but this time was different, really helped me get perspective on how my time was spent!
I'll definitely play your game!
ohmahgoodnahs it’s SO GOOD
So I guess the theme is after you fix something it turns 'ON'...? Not sure I really see that strong of a connection, but it was a very enjoyable game nevertheless. Top marks for ambience, gameplay, and originality, but I gotta give some lower marks for theme. Nice work!
Correct! I thought I'd think outside of the box a bit and not make just another classic switch game, so the theme is met by the device being off when you start, but the objective is the turn the device on by fixing it!
Sorry you didn't feel it fit the theme so well, but thank you for playing and leaving a comment!
i have to agree with rbrammen
loved this game, the visuals are amazing, the audio is relaxing, and the gameplay is just simply fun and relaxing to sit down and enjoy, very good game! would honestly consider expanding it if I were you!
If you can find the time I'd greatly appreciate it if you could throw me a rating!
Thank you so much for playing! I've already played your game and I loved it!
It doesn't fit the theme so well, but this is a game I ended up wanting more. Awesome graphics and the restoration feeling... very relaxing. I'm following you, so I can stay tuned if you continue this project, it's a great piece of art.
The theme for me was about getting the turned "off" devices to turn "on"! Tried to think outside of the box a lil to avoid making a light switch game!
It's a great game. Way more of what one can expect for a jam. Satisfying and juicy.
I love the game it is very fun to play I love the music and the art of the game
Can you check out My Game I would love to see your feedback
Thank you for your comment! And thanks for playing!
I haven't played your game yet, but it's first on my list for when I get to my PC!
very well done the aesthetic is amazing. would you mind playing my gamehttps://itch.io/jam/gdevelop-game-jam-4/rate/2208939 it would be greatly aprectiated
Thanks for playing! I'd love to play your game, I'll head over there now!
It was really comfy with the repairs. Only thing I can say to change is to add a button while fixing something to get parts which you need for the final camera. Outside of that it was really fun and great.
Thanks for playing, and for the feedback! Yeah I seem to be getting a lot of comments on the spray for the final camera, it's definitely the first thing I'll be changing after the voting ends!
