Downloaded GDevlop but almost no assets compared to online?

Hi. I downloaded GDelop today, but when I try to add an asset, it just took me to an empty project folder. When I finally found the assets in the app data folder, there were almost none compared to the online demo. How do I get all the assets to downloaded?

I was able to resolve my issue thanks to the Discord community. It turns out the downloadable version is set up a bit different than the online demo and I had not realized I need to click the Asset Store tab at the top left of the Add Object window of the instead of getting the default assets through the dropdown menu like online.

That's awesome! Glad you could figure it out. The GDevelop community is amazing, and I'm happy you got to experience it first-hand. It happens all the time, and even during competitive events like jams.
