Very polished for such a short jam, well done. RNG is evil!

Agree with the rest of the comments, nice dialogue, visuals, audio but most importantly, actually fun gameplay. Definitely one of the best entries.

Wooow !! This is the best entry I played so far ! I love everything about it : the art is amazing, the music is great, and the game is fantastic.

I love the "GOO" idea, and the dialogs are very good and very funny.

Congratulations to the team !

Really good! hahaah Definitely a game that i would play in a Game Boy! Maybe more control to choose the number of gool i put in the combat would be nice. Congrets!!

I found this game rather funny lol. Pretty cool overall.

This games art and music was fantastic. Everything wraps up so nicely together you could really tell time went into this project.

My biggest critique would be controls. and this is very minor but Its a bit unclear at times which control I needed to use to progress through the dialogue or the story or just start the game. it was a bit unclear to use Just the Z or "A" button to progress instead of also using enter.

It would have been nice to keep the controls the same across the gameplay but this is a very minor things. Also after each combat phase, it would have been nice to see that combat was complete and i should push a button to continue.

I really enjoyed the game's aesthetics. My only problem is how unfair the rng could feel at times, but tis the way rpg games work. Saving would help remedy the issues so I could play it in chunks instead of devoting a long time since the game's premise is just too charming not to fall in love with it. I'll definitely come back to it once I have more time.

Hey, we really wanted to get a save function in, but it just didn't fall into scope in the end. The best we can suggest is downloading the ROM and playing on an emulator with save states. Thanks for taking the time to play.

I totally understand, great game even without saving. I might snag it for my calculator (ti-84ce) where I've been playing a lot of gb games recently.

I really would love to save, but that's my only gripe. Everything else is *chef's kiss*

I can't bear turn based rpg's unfortunately, but the production value of this is really high. The best music of any entry I played so far! And the intro really puts you into the world.

Really impressive!

What a fun novel rpg with some great humor. I loved the twist at the start and adventuring through with the slimes is a whole lotta fun. Really happy I played through this game!

This is sooo good! It doesn't get much more authentic than this! Great art and sound too. Lovely job! :)

Very impressive entry. I really liked the gameboy style fade in and screen shake effects. Funny writing too.

The art for this game absolutely blow my mind haha. The game is also fun to play. The use of Goo as a mechanic in the fights to augment your dice rolls is a nice touch. The story is interesting with the heroes being essentially replaced on their important quest, and I think this is a wonderful and breathtaking jam entry.
