How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
I tried my hand at a spooky horror game.

This was my first time doing music and that definitely ate into my time. While the music is not great and the limited time resulted in a lot less polish (menus are ugly), I am still proud of what I made.

Certainly spooky, and loved the lighting and 3d effects - the game looked great. The music suited it well too, as did the SFX. Got a bit lost and wasn't sure where to go, until I eventually died. Was a fun blast though, really well done!

Second game in row that I've played with incredible use of narrow visual fields! Alright, so first off, I think your music is going to be great with a little more time on it. I like drone music already, so that might just be me. Regardless, it sets the mood nicely. The gameplay loop of searching through an environment while blasting weird off screen hands and floaty things (don't have a good descriptor for those, they died before I got a good look at em) is quick to pick up after a bit of trial and error (for me, as I did lose a couple of hearts on level one when I was getting grabbed), but I did tend to find irritation with the little objects strewn throughout the room. I get the purpose is to put up obstacles between the key and exit while being pursued, but I kept trying to push my way through them because I'm stubborn. Regardless, a promising game. Bravo.

Good feeling of  "something is going to happen" all the time with the light and combined with the bg sounds/music, feels pretty creepy/spooky. I ended up running a lot and looking to all directions super fast to not die in the second level xD. Great work.

Loved this one, wow!   Gave me the spooks and the haunted aspects and lighting were really well done!!  Also dug the bass vibes in the soundtrack <3  I would also come back to play this!

Thank you and everyone else for the kind words! I didn't expect such positive feedback after spending around 4 days just fiddling with music, but I guess the work paid off!

This is honestly really well done. I had a similar theme of escape the haunted house but went a different direction with it. I love the mechanic of using the light to disperse your enemies. I hope you get more feedback because I'm floored by how well this was put together. Great job, I'll be coming back to play this again. If this is you without much time, I can't wait to see what you do with more resources.

The theme delivery was spot on! And that last mole sitting on top of the key, sigh! I managed to get it in the end without waking up the mole!

Great job on the game!
