How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
It's a psychological horror game

The direction and atmosphere really pleased me. The sound contributes a lot and the interpretation of the theme is good, after all what is more spooky than the paranoia that the mind itself creates?!
As for the art, it's simple but works well, especially the mirror part which is cool. Some people may find that some side view sprites make it difficult to understand what the thing is, like the sofa and the TV. In games like this, like old Pokemon, they usually draw them from the front or back to make it easier.
As it was done in Unity, I think it would be cool to add it as playable in the browser, if you can. Anyway, great work.
Loved how this game built suspense. Kind of wish it didn’t just end so suddenly
Hey! Congrats on your first finished jam entry!
I really like how you builded up the atmosphere at first, without using jump scares. The close up part was particulary impressive!
I'm a bit disapointed by the end, I would have love to have a little more suspense, maybe a reading of the the tombstone?
Anyway, I think you did a good job here!
Thank you! I didn't really plan out the story of the game at all so I sort of had to make something up in the last few days of the jam. I had to figure out a way to fit the story in with everything else I already made which caused the ending to be pretty rushed. Definitely going to try and plan things out better next time!
Great short little game, I was a little bit confused at some parts but it definitely had a (good) unsettling vibe to it.
definitely nailed the spooky vibe! thank you for building and sharing!
(Sorry for the bad English)
WOW, WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE, for most of the time I was confused (in a very good way), the way the story is told definitely captivated me, the artwork is so cute that I forgot about the fact that it was scary, I'm still a little confused about the story of the game itself, but I really liked it
Thanks for the great experience, good game. :)
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
