Very nice entry! Great art, the music really creates a tense atmosphere and the story telling was done very well! And the flashlight was a nice touch! Maybe some indication what objects you can interact with would have been nice, but overall I really liked the point and click elements!

Wow just Wow, the hauntingly beautiful art, the moody soundtrack and just the whole atmosphere is great. The story did a great job of sucking me in, which is impressive considering the length. The lighting effect of the torch is awesome. One small thing is the jumping is quit rough but since you only need it 2 times thats no issue at all. Had a great time :D

Thank you <3 :D I'm really happy that you liked it!
lol everyone dislikes the jump xD I have to confess, it's only there because I couldn't figure out how to make the staircase not overlap the ground.... (it was a cheap solution!)

Incredible game! Art is on point, storytelling was great and the lighting with the flashlight is really something you almost never see with gameboy games. Loved it!

Thank you! :D I'm really glad you liked it!
We used this asset: https://projectsrya.itch.io/dynamic-lighting

I enjoyed the psychological horror in this game. It was definitely spooky, and very emotionally charged.

Developer

Thank you :) I love psychological horror games and movies so it was fun to make a game in that genre!

This is really well made, the gameplay isn't anything crazy and the jump is a bit funky but that's evidently not the focus of the game. The art and audio are really well made and the spookiness is really well done, the story is well made and makes up for the fairly basic gameplay.

I also like the combination of basic walking and point and click sections, very unique. Overall a very well made game good work.

Thank you for your feedback! You're right, the game mechanics wasnot the most important thing in this game :) I'm glad you liked it!

This is art. The mechanics are simple, but they're pushed to their limit in every situation posible, I love that! The graphics are another level, the eerie music its on point. I see this a clearly winner. Very good job!

Wow, thank you for your kind words! <3

Very atmospheric game, sadly I couldn't find the key to the door,

there was a couple of issues with the controls where I couldn't look up/ or interact
and I thought the hand control to inspect things was really cool
although you could use some indicators in places so you know when you can click on something or interact

The art is really nice, the sketchy part has a strong aesthetic!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! :) Oh, no worries. we could probably add something to make it clearer what's clickable later.
Thank you for your feedback!

( I can also give you a hint that the key is in a warm place )

Thanks to your hint I completed it :>
in retrospect it should have been obvious since the game hinted at it as well haha
