How does your game match the theme?
We have a dual meaning of space, space understood as planets, stars and galaxies and space understood as space where you can move. In fact, in our game, as you go further in time, you will run out of space. We used 4 colours as required and used only 6 keys. I hope you enjoy the game

That was cool! The art and character design is great. The soundtrack is energetic, yet foreboding. The premise is strong, and the mix of shooter and search gameplay was interesting.

I'm not sure how I feel about the trial-and-error gameplay. I managed to win, but it feels like the lack of knowledge about the area and amount of survivors mostly prolongs the gameplay past the point of novelty. In new runs, it felt like blind luck that I stumbled into new survivors. I don't think there should be a pin-point accurate compass, but maybe a vague "There is a person within a 100m radius" type indicator. Enough ambiguity that it is still a search, but not so much that it becomes stumbling through darkness.

Great work!

I love the art! It was fun running around trying to find aliens to save too. I ran into a lot of weird collisions issues around the towns but otherwise, very polished and solid game. Nicely done!

The sound and music was very fitting, and the art was nice and polished, although I got lost when I started and didn't know if the enemy was shooting me but I couldn't shoot them by the looks of there being the house collider in the way so my bullet would hit air

The music is catchy. The sound effects are quite nice, although there should be a sound effect when you rescue a civilian. The graphics are excellent, with lively animations, attractive backgrounds, and beautiful opening and closing scenes.

I found it a little difficult to find the civilians without any sort of navigation aid. It was like looking for needles in a haystack. I would recommend some kind of mechanism where the civilians "call for help," somehow sending a signal that the player can follow to track them down.

Thanks! That's a good idea, surely we'll add the "call for help" in some way. :)

I love the music! The title-track really sets the tone, and the in-game music is an absolute banger!

The graphics are very true to the Gameboy theme.

Gameplay-wise, I had a hard time trying to find the funky aliens, or knowing how many I was supposed to find. I died at 4 a couple of times. I bet it was 5, wasn't it? :|

Overall, nice game, well done!

Thank you! :)

We purposely chose not to show people to save in order to lengthen the game's longevity and playability. Since it's only one level and the aliens are always in the same location we wanted the player to go by trial and error before finishing the game! However, know that the aliens are much more than 5 ;). The game is always in development so if people don't like the fact that the game don't have a counter for the aliens we will definitely add it!

Thanks again for the feedback!
