How does your game match the theme?
It matches the theme in two way; you are an alien in space, and when you crash into an alien ship you have to place an alien, youll lose either if all your aliens die or if you run out of space.

Congrats on your submission! I don't think I understood when the option would come up to select to upgrade or whatever that screen was.  I kept not having enough of the resource that was showing.  Finally I played with my hands crisscrossed and I got almost 40 of the first one and 30 of the second and about 20 of each of the others but I thought I picked up the power up that would let me go to that screen.  It's quite addicting and awesome job making this on your own engine!  One issue I did have is that my resolution wasn't big enough to hold the game.  My laptop screen is wide and the game would go past my bar at the bottom.  I had to hide the task bar to see the screen.

Thank you so much for your feedback! it's basically the distinction between cyborg ships and alien ships that determine what you can do. Once you collide with an alien ship, you get the option to place one tower on your ship, if you collide with an alien ship and have no space left for a tower, you lose. Once you collide with a cyborg ship, you can't place another tower, but the towers you already placed will fight against 1 - 2 enemies, just like in plants vs zombies. And as to playing criss crossed - you can change the keybindings in the settings if you wanted :) (I tested / played it on a german QWERTZ keyboard). Sadly I didn't have enough time to implement changing the scale of the window :(.

Anyways, thanks again for the feedback, I really hope you liked it!
