What if I released the GameBoy one as the original (Only the 4 colours) and as an additional uploaded under the same project the GameBoy Color version?

I'm pretty sure you would only be judged on the four color game boy version, but nothing is stopping you from making another version of your game that's not in the contest.

Do both! Just make sure that people judging the game are aware of which one they should be judging!
