The animation on Rou was great. Simple, yet very readable and full of personality. I wish the game was a little longer, as I did enjoy the grappling mechanic quite a bit (our game is completely based on grappling, also!). Art is crisp. Sound effects were basic, but very fitting of the style. Solid entry that I enjoyed quite a bit.

Loved this. Very charming! Very fun to play, visuals are great, sounds are sweet. I think level design could have been better but overall a very fun game! Great job!

It's a cool game. If you make it for html, I think more people will do it.

No one said this would be like getting over it lol. Great game. Loved the presentation. The animations on the cat were damn cute lol. My only real complaint with the game is that it was sometimes a little hard to tell where I should actually go. Ended up falling all the way to the beginning a few times as a result as well. Apart from that though, awesome game. Managed to plant the acorn. I didn't get all the pollen though, going to be trying that lol. Great entry

Thanks a bunch for playing and your kind words! That's really good to know, as the level designer I became blind to whether it was really obvious or really confusing where the player was supposed to go XD I'll be going through the games and playing people's entries this weekend hopefully :D

Incredibly fun game. The hook mechanic feels exactly the kind of chunky a gameboy could manage and the art and mechanics evoke the best of esoteric nintendo handheld titles like trip world. Plus i'm biased because we both made the player grapple hook through a big cloud of spikes at one point.

The best word to describe this game is "adorable" ! Once you get how to use the grapple mechanic, it's really fun to navigate ! Well done !

Amazing game! It is super fun to play and the visuals are *purrfect* for this game! The cat is also adorable I love the bits of speech when you fall

Thanks again Vic :D

You achieved the perfect amount of floatyness for a grapple platformer. Very intuitive grapple mechanics, even with the limited aiming angles it was easy to learn.

I love the minimalistic presentation, very clean and readable.

+1 for meouch!

Very clean and cute game. The controls are floaty yet fun, even though it can be a bit annoying when the cat falls out of the sky due to how long it can take to recover. definitely going to be an inspiration for next GBjam!

The grapple mechanic is really fun!

I wish there were more checkpoint-esque platforms along the way to the top as its really motivating to miss a jump and fall all the way down, great game tho!

I do think the theme doesnt play a major role but I still love the pollen points :D
