I played this in a chrome browser so not really the intended device. It is pretty close to the start of Vampire Survivor, the leveling worked but no upgrades. Was hard to keep pressing the mouse button down to move and have that visual block some of the screen. Music and SFX would help. Maybe try to put a unique spin on the genre and name it something theme related. Overall nice work

Maybe would have recommended changing the name to something a little more unique, and not just the name of the game that inspired you.
