Ok free assets only but can i make custom meshes / character on Blender?
Can i use some unreal assets that tecnically are under payment but has been gifted on marketplace during last years?

You can use any asset as long as you have the rights of distribution.

Marketplace items which have a base price aren't allowed, even if they were (or currently are) free.
