Thanks for playing! Sorry about the collisions, definitely the first thing I need to work on improving. The exit button is a bit superfluous but I also exported a windows build so that was the largest reason for including it.

Thanks! I'm glad the lighting wasn't too dark, I tried to walk a fine line between dark enough for the atmosphere but still light enough that you aren't getting attacked without any sort of warning. I kept messing with the camera trying to make it move faster but nothing quite worked like I intended. I'll take another crack at it because I definitely agree that it does not follow closely enough.

Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it! Being compared to Resident Evil or Bioshock is definitely some strong praise. Sorry about the boxes and thanks for the screenshot too! I'm planning to take a look at the collisions after the jam and to try and fix it. I think getting stuck is a byproduct of me making the player a circle and the crates are square that I didn't see coming.

I'm glad to hear you liked it! Definitely need to look at the collisions on my end. I didn't have quite enough time to test it but I have a feeling the game would feel a lot better if I shrunk the hit boxes on the crates just a tiny bit and that would hopefully prevent getting stuck too.

I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the feedback! The sound design definitely could use a bit of work, it was more a product of using what I had available in the time-frame then necessarily as carefully chosen as I'd like. I also wanted to add more animations for shooting/melee attacks so that probably would have helped make it feel more satisfying too.
