Awesome game! Love how you tied the theme in!

Great idea, love the turn-based gameplay to switch between defending and attacking. I feel like the music would be nice to have a bit higher to really get the beat-feeling. But great work!

This was great! the intro had me laughing.  Very cool idea to add the ability to play a youtube link!

A clever and fun combination of genres with catchy tunes! I could easily see this being workshopped into a full release title. The theme interpretation is great, both on basic cliche and taking such an iconic game style and doing something fun with it. I liked the ridiculous story premise, too.

Some of the beats-attacks didn't sync quite right for me, though the on-screen circles were always correct. That may be Unity's wobbly in-browser functionality; I wasn't using headphones at all. A little bit of variation in the enemy sprites, even a simple recolor, would have added some spice, too.
Overall a fun time!

great!

Fantastic. Well done!

I love rhythm games. I love the art. It feels like I was squarely in this game's target audience. The premise, the slight bit of shock value - they both add to a great little game that feel refreshing and new despite being so simple.

I felt some of the songs didn't quite match up to the rhythm. It might also have just been the web implementation. I did the 1st song for the 100bpm round and i felt I should have been getting better hits, but it kept missing. Same with the 3rd song (120bm - I think it was called Dance?). I couldn't get more than one swing in each opening because it was a miss despite thinking I was right on time. Second round was great though. I think I took the enemy out after only 3 or 4 openings? It felt really good though!

The telegraphing could use some more work, too... maybe? It was hard getting used to consecutive dodges, but teaching the player that they usually alternate was a good move. It helped me learn a bit better, even if I was putting in an extra dodge every time.

Overall, pretty dang cool game for a jam. Y'all made very good use of your month. Congrats on finishing your game and keep making games!

Beautiful, that was fun to play. thank you for adding freestyle mode so I could try drum & bass (thank god it's not in the main game). The beats are a bit off sometimes, but I imagine it's quite hard to get it right. It's the first game I am playing and I just realized that the source code is open for all (?) of the projects which is super cool. Very clean code bois, good job.

vary noice,

phenomenal art ,great music, and a jojo reference ,also the reincarnated horses booty is showing up which is a big plus

the gameplay is vary basic, punch and dodge(which isn't bad,i'm assuming the game is inspired by punch out)

but I noticed the beats don't match up with the songs most of the time,

great job overall.
