Good sound and visuals. Somehow managed to win with 53-73 points.

Ball respawn seems a bit random. I wouldn't mind it spawning so fast if I could see some consistency how it spawns. does it move same direction as last ball? same heigth or always middle? It seems to move in direction of the player that missed the last ball but not always?

Hallo,

Thank you for sharing your game. I’ve already saved its RATING;

1. verified: GAME due to sample screenshots, with keyphrase: PONG; adds: self had also WORKED on own version of GAME previously, classified as self’s 1st computer GAME programmed (?)

2. remembers: from SOUND effects, racket hitting ball in SMASH COURT TENNIS 3 (PS1), and pressing “ENTER” on USB keyboard connected to desktop PC;

3. verified: setting to FULL SCREEN to fix noticeable ERROR in OUTPUT based on GAMEPLAY, where: PLAYER loses points due to BALL appears to noticeably auto-regenerate @select positions and moves to a direction, where: PLAYER shall NOT reach and hit on TIME; adds: BALL bounces from CENTER @select TIMES to cause loss in points; adds: computer PLAYER @LEFT moves vertically noticeably in excess.

4. read: “PONG FOR ONE AGAINST A BROKEN AI.”; keyphrase:  “BROKEN AI”

Thank you. Health

Art and sound are great. As the other said before, the ball after reset comes to fast. Anyways a job well done!

Great visuals and sounds!

It's almost impossible to hit the ball after scoring a point, unless you're randomly lucky, and the 20-points-ahead objective makes the game drag on super long; that may be intended, but coupled with the first issue is a bit annoying.

Absolutely love the old TV feel with the static.

I think the reset needs attention as it is absolutely impossible to hit the ball with anything other than luck. Reset should come from a player paddle rather than the centre I think.

I think with another reset mechanic can be good but it's too fast and does not offer the chance to hit the ball even if you react

Very hard game. Me likey.

The A.I is certainly broken. I only managed to get a score of 47 wins to the AIs 61.

Fun game. Thumbs up from me!

Fun game, sometimes funny because of its cliched character :D

The sound and visuals were honestly really good, the wonky ai gave it a bit of a horror feel but im not really sure if theres anything i missed.

Art and audio are both very good ! Very sad that the gameplay is so hard. But this should be an easy fix! :)

Great sound, amazing visuals

Gameplay is rough. Pause after "goal" would be nice to get ready. AI won with like 15 shots in a row without single bounce:D

Anyway, good entry (6 stars for graphics).

Good luck!

A realistic pong experience I lost 20 points in about 3 seconds.
