Amazing, we gave a full rating on this one. A lovely and well crafted experience.

Outstanding art and very enjoyable experience!

A beautiful tribute to Le Voyage dans la Lune. I was amazed about the blend between the music and the player’s movement, really well done!

The only comment that I have is about the blurry typography in the menu buttons, the letters in other parts of the game look great.

Amazing work!

Beautiful! I loved the cymbals SFX for when you hit something or when the mushrooms despawned. Graphics were also next level, one of these games that prove that art direction beats technology/manpower by a large margin. Gameplay was very good too, it was simple and easy to polish. If I am to point a negative, I would say that the attack range was a bit short considering the speed at which the enemies moved, especially the spear ones. I didn't managed to kill any, I just bypassed them. I would say that the jump height was a bit short too, but it wasn't a problem during gameplay. Congratulations, solid submission! Good job!

Pretty good. About a 9-10 minute play. www.youtube.com/user/VampireLord1094

Wow I'm impressed by your work. Funny story and I loved how the sound effects emphasize the old faishoned comic style. Also the art is amazing!  Good job. I really  enjoyed playing.

This game was so beautiful. I loved it's adherence to the silent film style through-and-through. Especially how all of the sound effects were musical instruments like they would have been in silent films and animated shorts back then. My only piece of feedback is that there was one frustrating level where it felt like you had to have perfect mushroom placement in order to not get killed from spikes on the right wall. Other than that area though, this entire game was a joy to play.

Any chance you could build a WebGL version for the browser?

I love the art style, the music and the theme! Really nice little platformer. I really like the fluid animations and how the sound effects blend in with the music.

A whimsical game faithful to its source material, I enjoyed the simple yet elegant platforming and maneuvering through the levels and making it back to Earth. My only criticism is the tutorial prompts that explain the controls disappeared as quickly as they appeared, making it impossible to read them. I had to go back to the game page to see if the controls were listed.

Fantastic work!
