Great game! I really like the aesthetics and the level is huge, congrats!

The layout kind of remind me to some Sonic levels (because of the multiple levels and leaps of faith).

Some feedback:

1) The hook cooldown is too high and it needs some visual indication.

2) With a game as long as this one, you need some kind of checkpoint. I died really close to the end (I think haha) and it took me to the very start, which is very frustrating.

3) It could be great to have some sense of progression. Maybe saying that the launch should be done at dawn and see how the Sun starts to appear while you reach certain points.

I really liked the mechanics of the game, though a few things made it a bit clunky. The long delay without indication of when you can hookshot again in midair was hard to judge. As well, as others have noted, some of the downward jumps were leaps of faith. I also really liked the wire sliding mechanic, I liked the speed from the steep ones.

Nice hook-and-run platformer, liked the parallax effect in the brackground and the rope gliding mechanic, a bit sad to start all over again and that there's no difference between a bottomless pit and a leap of faith. Good job anyway!

Really cute character! I liked the level art, especially the background. It really felt like you were a little person in a big city.

The level design was good, seemed like you put a lot of thought into it. The first zipline had moons above it to teach the player that they can jump while zipping, that was a really nice touch. There were a lot of moons I wasn't able to get but I'm sure I was just missing some kind of movement tech because later on I was getting better at getting more of the moons and even backtracking to find more I had missed.

Wasn't able to make it to the end but enjoyed the time I spent. Good game!

Gameplay: The controls were nice but a tutorial would have been nice. Once I got the hang of things it was pretty fun.

Graphics: The graphics were fine.

Audio: The music was fine but a bit repetitive.

Innovation: Not the most innovative.

Theme: You are supposed to get to a moon or something. I would never have known if it didnt say above though.

Overall: Decent game. It would have been better with a menu that says how to play.

Can you try my game?

nice and fun game :-)

The graphics looks good, but it could really use some polish to add some animated objects

definitely agree with you, but ran a bit out of time :)

Its a nice game. I did have a problem where if I died and the grappling hook was mid-shot, the game froze

Developer

indeed i was able reproduce it, i see what's the issue. Will fix after the jam :)
