What was your favourite part of working on your game during GDM?
Experimenting with loads of new systems, as well as developing for a completely different genre than usual.

What was the hardest part of creating your game?
Managing to schedule the project and hit deadlines. Unfortunately we drifted off track and did not become feature complete.

Did you use any pre-existing assets in your submission?
None, everything was created by us during the jam. Though we do plan to continue developing the project as it's got some neat things going for it.

You put quite some effort into this entry - and you were able to pull all the pieces together. Congrats to this great achievement!

Was able to solve some of the puzzles. In one room I could have  needed some guidance - there were just too many options.  Was hard for me to comprehend what to do.

My suggestions: You did great with the intro, dialogs, building the hexagon maze, implementing the movements and logic - and last not least: designing the puzzles (which many consider the master-level of  game design). What is needed, I think, is an in-game tutorial, teaching and enabling the players to "read" a room (in the sense of: developing a solution strategy by looking at the structures, characters, obstacles etc.).  As a reference: "Into the Breach" must have done something right with that, because I was  playing this game a lot, and somehow it was really easy for me to get into it (www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cPEv1r2w9w). If you add this missing piece, I think your game has a lot of great potential.

Dang, i've posted a comment within the game comments instead. If you ever need an all rounder guy for a game jam. Give us a heads up! :raised_hand:

Love the humor and the premise is great. Fun to play a turn based puzzle/strategy game. Hope you flesh this out!

Thank you so much!

Nice premise and dialogue. Does a pretty good job letting the player learn the first few mechanics and has potential to be a fun full strategy game. I'd like to see this one get finished some day.

I'm glad to hear the elements in place are working!
Thank you for the encouragement :D
