I think the mouse controls could use some improvement.  I was able to get the knife on my first playthrough, but struggled on the second.  There's potential here: I wonder what Part II will hold?

The texture flickering on the walls really started to hurt my eyes after awhile. I was interested to see where you were going with this.

The game is very short, but what you have so far is pretty interesting. My main suggestion is to fix the walls cause the texture is flashing in and out. I assume this is caused by multiple walls being perfectly overlapped over each other, so you might be able to fix it by slightly adjusting one of the overlapping walls to be very slightly in front of the other (small enough to look like they are overlapping without actually overlapping).

I can see where you were going with this concept. Good idea. I wish just wish you had more to do with remembering what happened which would have really hit the mark with the theme. Good Effort.
