It was a short and quick experience. Gave me a smile due to the music and the sound after completing. Really adorable cat! :) A simple concept , pure QTE.

How does your game fit the theme?
This cat is very picky on how they want to be petted. Make a new friend by following the prompts and the beat!
Did you use any assets?
All graphics were created by me; if sounds are added, I'll credit them
much like many cats ive met LOL!! very particular pets!!
what a delightful game! i really love games that are on-beat with the music. nicely done and great job on your first game!!!
A good Wario Ware like on one board, I went pretty far I think, but there is no ending ?
Losing will cause the cat to disappear and a sound to go with it. Winning has the cat stay on the screen with the 3 'Prrr' indicators, and 3 meow sounds.
As the score increases or decreases, the prr indicators will come and go.
The scoring is based on how many inputs given per beat, how correct those inputs were, or if the beat was missed entirely.
It would be difficult, but possible, to play for extended periods of time.
In that case, you might be interested in this small bit of shameless self-promotion. Last year, I ran a game jam where we all made WarioWare-style microgames in GBDK to be compiled into a singular ROM. (Here's the result: https://bownly.itch.io/microgames-jam-pak) I haven't figured out when, but I'd like to do another one sometime later this year. Sounds like it might be right up your alley.
