This piece was inspired by the photo but imagining it late at night, fireflies along the water and a full moon. Named after the Japanese water feature that I modeled the woodblock sound after.

You've created a great ambience, it could be going on for a long time and support for a lot of musical intrusions, like the sax that you used. That gives a very nostalgic, close to despair feeling. The way you used the reverb there, setting the instrument in a distant place and time, is great and hits pretty strongly.

I love the "atmospheric" feel of this song! Great chord usage with a great melody to go with it! The only thing I can suggest would be to see if there is a way to maybe "soften" the saxophone a little bit, but otherwise, I think its awesome!

This makes me feel like I'm floating on a raft, on a river, not knowing or caring where it's going to take me or if it's even going to stop. A very "trippy" and visual aspect to this song. At the same time, I could imagine this in a game, for a bar/club/moody scene, such as the Too Late to Love You chapter (in Kentucky Route Zero)
