Cute little story! I included it in my Finally Finish Something Jam compilation video series, if you'd like to take a look. :)

I played and rated your game!

The controls and pacing of the story mode felt very good.
You take enough time to introduce ducking obstacles for instance, instead of just throwing everything at the layer at one.

I also liked the little story intro, it's just so perfectly silly.

The game felt fair, I only died when I messed up. I never had to blame the game. To me that's one of the most important things in this kind of game.

Good job on finally finishing something!

I think the idea is fun and the endless runner mechanics work well, the addition of falafel throwing adds something extra, but I found it difficult to hit the little guy I was chasing. Not sure if you are going to work on it anymore, but if so then I have a couple of suggestions if that's OK...?
1) It would be good if the collision boxes on the red obstacles was a little smaller (especially near the corners), to give the player some margin for error and give that 'near miss' feel. Be good to put some rock graphics or something on them too
2) The story mode is a cool idea to give the player a goal other than just a high score, but it might work better if there were different stages where you had to get back a different picnic item. That way each stage could be shorter and you could catch the guy quite easily to start with, giving a sense of achievement.

Anyway well done on finishing!

Feels like you got something going, but there's a lot you can add to give this a finished feel.
