Just made my let’s play on your game as a regular player (so it’s without voice comments). I hope it will be useful for you to see how fresh players may started your game for the first time :) I’ll provide text comments later, probably after finishing the videos for other projects :)

Is this game a work in progress? Because it feels that way. 

I love the concept of having a horror game in an abandoned hospital, and some moments are spooky, I really wish it was longer I got to the exit in like... 10 mins, then round 2 got killed within like... 5 mins.  If it was longer and expanded I can recommend this to other vtubers/streamers who play horror game to try it.  Horror games have a special position with streamers as many people love watching streamers scream? Please take a advantage of the genre and expand your concept. 

There is NOT ENOUGH UI prompt for player interaction, it's not hard to figure it out for me, but for the polish of the game please at least add "E" button cue for people to understand that's interaction cue to opening a door or the closet. 

Also my feedback for the end of the game is that it feels short and somewhat under polished, I can still see the square boxes of a default item from unreal engine on the computer. It's important to get rid of those. Also we need more sound, spooky ambience, threatening sounds, etc... There's way too much silence in the game.  When in real life in a room void of sound our ears/brain will make up sound to fill the void, please reproduce that in your game for a spookier experience. 

Also it will probably be a scarier if players don't die right away after being attacked, rather create a chase scene from the zombie guy and it will create more screams. Also might be a good idea to pick a different font for your main image to attract more players. 

It's my first horror game I ever tried, thanks for giving me courage to try more horror games. lol
