In this beginner friendly jam, you can do exactly that, you have 9 days to make a factory builder, that goes with a certain theme, that will be decided once the jam starts!

-The theme will be announced once the jam starts, you must make your game around this theme, or incorporate it in some way

-What does an "automation" or a "factory builder" game mean?
An automation game is where your primary mode of progression is building factories that produce the things you need during the game, getting more complex as the game goes on.
-Can I team up?
Yes, everything is better with a few buddies! Bring as many people along as you want!
-What Game Engines can I use?
Whatever you like, Unity, Godot, Unreal Engine, Gamemaker, Clickteam, Scratch or even a custom engine if you prefer.
-What are the limitations for games submitted?
No NSFW games, and limited gore. Your game must be playable by any age group.
-Can I submit a game I made before the jam?
No you can't, all games must be made during the 9 day period of the jam!
-What platforms can I export my games to?
Any platform, but for the most engagement, i recommend you make a windows build, and/or a web build of your game.
Ratings, and rankings:
-Your game will be ranked in a few categories, by anyone who plays it. These categories are:
Addictiveness (How long your game can keep players hooked), Visual Style (How good your game looks), Gameplay (How fun is it to play your game, and how innovative the mechanics are), and finally, Theme (How well your game fits the theme of the jam)
