Theme (Ennemy)

Green Tail

Correlation to theme
I thought string instruments would fit the enemy well since they look kind of elegant to me. I tried to keep the momentum of the song going, since Green Tail looks a bit speedy.

I am a fan of your chromatic progressions that I think highlight the mysterious yet valiant nature of my interpretation of the character Green Tail. Using a string trio with piano is an interesting choice for an enemy battle, but somehow that plucky bass carried the entire percussive section on its own to add the drive that battle themes tend to have. Thank you for sharing!

Only rarely do I hear the first few seconds of a song and feel, "oh yeah, this is my jam!". Surprisingly, this song was exactly that! Maybe this song feels a bit simple to some people, but for me it was great. It is also very fitting to a Green Tail boss-fight to me: simple, elegant, a tad bit fast-paced but not too much... I found this perfect! Well done :D

I liked this song a lot! But it could use some sort of percurssion or a more aggressive instruments like orchestral hits or brass to really nail that fight energy.

Very nicely composed. There is a very elegant side.

I like very much how you make the different string melodies answer each other (special mention for the chromatic descent of the pizzicato)

The piano brings a touch of tension while it is discreet.

I like it very much and it fits well with the theme.
