Wow! What a powerhouse of a team behind this. I could see myself playing this for a looooong time. The music is great and very engaging, and the enemies are quite diverse and challenging. Clever concept!

The game mechanics are fun and varied! The fact that the player can choose what to upgrade after each enemy gives the game a lot of replayability, variations, and also strategy.

I reached room 7 and it was nice to play until then. Simple and lovely game design. Loved to see a dungeon crawler type game with clicker mechanics. Good entry

Probably my favorite entry to the jam so far. Do you plan on continuing work on it?

Thanks for the kind comment ! Unfortunately, I do not think we'll extend too much on this one as the team was so large and as it was the first game jam experience for many of them.
We will just upload an Android export and we might add a few tweaks to some monsters to make the overall experience slightly smoother.

However, because I think the idea of mixing a "dungeon crawler" mechanic with an "action clicker" mechanic is particularly interesting, I might personally get back to it in a future game jam we'll see! (but certainly going in a completely different direction)

Makes sense. I love the mashup of genres personally. I'd be interested in what you think of a game I made awhile back, Beatdown Bard 64 -- an action / rythm mashup. It's on our itch page (shameless plug but I legit think you might enjoy it).

I'll check it out later today for sure, the concept seems very very cool !

OMG SO MUCH FUN !

Seriously I'm stunned by the amount and variety of enemies you can fight against, and it's always very easy and pleasurable  to understand where to click.

The art style is nice, I like the details on  backgrounds and characters, clicking insanely on tongues is definitely something I should do more often given the pleasure I had.

The audio is just aaaaawesome, I adds so much to the flow and I liked that the pattern change when you're not fighting. On that I would have loved to have more audio pattern to discover along the game or at least a BPM increase over levels to contribute to the overall tension increase. Still, can't wait to listen to the extended version of this banger ^^

On the roguelike mecanic I liked that you kept it to the minimum, Usually I'm really tired of this mecanic (maybe because to many games do that ;) ) but here it stays discret and doesn't cut me to much into from vibing :p

Also nice to have a small intro, It made me more engaged into what I was going to do.

Congratulation to the entire team, you rocked on this one !!

Reached Room: 18

We're very glad you liked the game, thank you for your detailed feedback ! :D
The variety of enemies is largely due to the large size of our team which was a big advantage in this one ! :)
