Definitely the start of an interesting adventure. :)
You might have to play around a bit more with Quest to make it behave as expected. When I took the paper, it wasn't in my inventory or in the bush any more--not sure why.
Thank you for playing the first chapter and for the notice that the paper had disappeared from the game. If you enjoyed it I should have more chapters soon as well as the inventory repaired.
